An in-vitro study compared HyssopQA™ (Bacopa monnieri EASI™) with a standard Bacopa monnieri extract, both standardized to 50% bacosides, in differentiated human SH-SY5Y neuronal cells under hydrogen-peroxide oxidative stress. ERK1/2, a key cell-survival signal, was measured by ELISA at 62.5 and 125 µg/mL. A cell-culture study: it shows how cells respond, not effects in people.
ERK1/2 level(125 µg/mL, ng/L)
HyssopQA™ lifted ERK1/2 well above the stressed level (638 ng/L) and above unstressed cells (921 ng/L).
Rise above stressed level(125 µg/mL, ng/L)
~21.3% greater restoration of ERK1/2 than the standard extract — the study’s headline result.
ERK1/2 level(62.5 µg/mL, ng/L)
Higher at the lower concentration too: the response rose with concentration for both extracts.

01HyssopQA™ restored ERK1/2 ~21.3% more than standard Bacopa extract at 125 µg/mL in oxidatively stressed neuronal cells.
02ERK1/2 was higher with HyssopQA™ at both concentrations tested, and rose with concentration.
03Both extracts carried the same 50% bacosides; the authors attribute the difference to EASI™ energization.
