An in-vitro study compared SriberryQA™ (Phyllanthus emblica EASI™) with a standard Amla extract, both standardized to 20% tannins, in human SH-SY5Y neuronal cells challenged with LPS. TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β were measured by ELISA at 250 and 500 µg/mL. A cell-culture study: it shows how cells respond, not effects in people.
TNF-α(500 µg/mL, ng/L)
Down from 201.3 in LPS-challenged cells to below the unchallenged level (142.8).
IL-6(500 µg/mL, ng/L)
Down from 87.8; ~19% lower than standard Amla, a statistically significant difference.
IL-1β(500 µg/mL, pg/L)
Down from 1,045.7, significantly lower than in LPS-challenged cells.
SriberryQA™Standard Amla extractBars to scale within each row. Lower is better. Of the three, only the IL-6 difference from standard Amla was statistically significant.

Emblica officinalis (Energized Active Supplement Ingredient™) extract attenuates LPS-induced neuroinflammation by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α], interleukin-6 [IL-6], and interleukin-1β [IL-1β]) in SH-SY5Y cells. 01At 500 µg/mL, SriberryQA™ lowered all three cytokine markers (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β) significantly vs. LPS-challenged cells.
02IL-6 was significantly lower than with standard Amla, the clearest EASI™ advantage in the study.
03Cell viability stayed above 74% up to 1000 µg/mL, showing low cytotoxicity across the tested range.
