Personal Assistant to Managing Director.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and executive support — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director who will provide high-level administrative and executive support. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal departments or external partners.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation related to executive activities.
  • Track important tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines for the MD.
  • Organize board meetings, management meetings, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications for the MD.
  • Assist in planning events, business meetings, and official visits.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional etiquette and presentation skills.

Preferred skills

  • Experience working with senior executives / CXO-level leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
